MAYDAY "PROGRESS"
„progress“ – MAYDAY announces the motto and full lineup for 2025!
On April 30, 2025, MAYDAY – Germany’s biggest indoor rave – will take place at the Westfalenhallen in Dortmund. This year, the event is held under the motto "progress". I-Motion now presents the complete lineup for the 39th edition, featuring renowned artists and scene heavyweights such as Richie Hawtin, Reinier Zonneveld, Lilly Palmer, 999999999, Chris Liebing, as well as numerous up-and-coming talents.
One of the first mottos of MAYDAY in 1992 was ‘Forward ever – Backward never’. Since then, MAYDAY has been in constant development. There was never a standstill – instead, a permanent process of progress. This is reflected in this year’s motto "progress". Oliver Vordemvenne from I-Motion explains: “With the motto ‘progress’, we emphasize the continuous development of MAYDAY in all areas – be it music, technology or design.”
Germany’s largest indoor rave will again offer a lineup in 2025 that reflects both current trends and the less commercial side of the electronic music scene. On April 30, 30 top artists and rising newcomers will perform on four floors.
In the Arena, English techno mastermind Richie Hawtin returns to MAYDAY after a long time. Other techno highlights include Lilly Palmer and Dutch DJ and producer Reinier Zonneveld (live). Chris Liebing and Luke Slater will present one of their exclusive b2b sets. In addition, the Friends of Mayday, Klaudia Gawlas, Dominik Eulberg, and LEVT will perform in the Arena.
In the Empire, visitors can expect established names such as 999999999 (DOMINION A/V Show), Alignment from Italy, Rebekah from Birmingham, and newcomers ALLY, A.N.I., and Fatima Hajji.
In the Factory, Dutch Frenchcore artist Sefa and hardcore DJs/producers Miss K8 and AniMe will deliver sets in the genres of hardcore, hardstyle, and uptempo. Additional acts include Mish, Namara, Dr. Donk, Dropixx, and Lexxy Chainz. The stage will be hosted by Tha Watcher and Alee.
The Techno Legends Stage celebrated a successful premiere last year and returns again this year. “Legends” in this edition include Dave Clarke,
DJ Hell, André Galluzzi, Drumcomplex, and Robert Babicz aka Rob Acid (live).
From 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the 30 artists will perform. A combo ticket ensures convenient arrival and departure, serving as both an admission ticket and a transit pass within the VRR area. Tickets are now available in advance for €69.00 at mayday.de.
